• Colour representations are as true to life as possible, though slight variations may occur due to monitor/screen settings

• All hair products are described with honest quality grades and origin information

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse affected orders.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

5. Orders & Order Processing

Once you place an order with DIVINE LACESS, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order, not a formal acceptance. A binding contract is formed when your order has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation has been sent.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders where payment has not been successfully processed

• Cancel orders if a product is found to be out of stock after purchase (a full refund will be issued)

• Cancel orders suspected of being fraudulent

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. DIVINE LACESS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Shipping Costs

All orders qualify for FREE shipping, worldwide. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no code required.

6.4 International Orders

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country. DIVINE LACESS has no control over and is not liable for such charges.

7. Returns & Refund Policy

Important: Refunds are processed within 14 days of DIVINE LACESS receiving your returned parcel at our warehouse.

7.1 Eligibility for Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we maintain a strict returns policy. Returns are only accepted if:

• You contact us to request a return before sending your item back

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

• The lace has not been cut, trimmed, or had adhesive applied

• The wig or hair extension has not been chemically treated, dyed, permed, or heat-styled

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

7.2 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Email contact@divinelacess.com with your order number and reason for return

• Step 2: Await written authorisation from our team — we aim to respond within 2 business days

• Step 3: Once approved, securely pack your item and send it to our returns address provided in the approval email

• Step 4: Share your return tracking number with us so we can monitor the parcel

• Step 5: Once we receive your parcel at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days

7.3 Refund Timeframe

Once your returned parcel is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of DIVINE LACESS receiving the returned parcel. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

7.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

• Items where lace has been cut or adhesive applied

• Items returned without original packaging or tags

• Customised or special-order products

• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase

• Gift cards and downloadable products

7.5 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. DIVINE LACESS is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

7.6 Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@divinelacess.com or call +44 7487 238227 with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the DIVINE LACESS website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the exclusive property of DIVINE LACESS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any content from our website without prior written consent

9. Limitation of Liability

• Not use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
